We have a complaints handling procedure for clients, who are not satisfied with the products, benefits, service or advice that they received. The purpose of this complaints handling procedure is to make sure that we are able to resolve all complaints.

The Health contact centre is responsible for all Health policy related queries or any general inquiries.

Momentum Short-term Insurance Open

The Momentum Short-term insurance contact centre is responsible for any queries and general inquiries.

Traditional contracts Open

The Traditional Contact Centre is responsible for the servicing of the old Momentum traditional policy range including Lifegro, Southern Life and Sage.

Policy numbers start with an 8 or 9 or have prefix GE, SL, SX and SG. There are a few policies starting with a 2 as well.

Investo contracts Open

The Investo call centre looks after the existing business on the different Investo platforms.

The contract numbers on Investo all start with 01. Some Traditional contracts that have been converted to Investo will result in us also having contracts starting with GE, 09 and 20.

The Myriad contact centre is responsible for the servicing of all Myriad policies and all Myriad alterations.

Policy numbers start with a 2 and are 8 digits long.

Momentum Wealth Open

Wealth Annuities deals with service related enquiries on all traditional annuity products and with the New Business and Annuity death claims.

Contract numbers usually start with a 2. We also deal with old contracts, and Metropolitan annuities, which start with DY.

Momentum Wealth International (MWI) deals with new and additions business, switches, redemptions etc.

Momentum Wealth Specialised Investments (SI) provides a one stop srvice function to all financial advisers on the Wealth SI platform. This service includes all enquiries relating to placing a new business case up until the finalisation of a death claim.
