Updated Investo Linked Investment contract terms

We are changing the features and terms of Investo Linked Investments to be similar to the Momentum Wealth Flexible Investment Option (FIO). This is done to give clients greater flexibility, continued investment choice and a smooth client experience.

Treating clients fairly is important to us, and this transition will ensure that the fees clients pay on their linked investments going forward will be lower. They will be better off with the new features and terms. The changes take place on 25 May 2026.

Clients have two choices:

• Continue with their investment; their contract remains invested with updated contract terms and enhanced features.
• They can withdraw their investment without an exit fee.
• For either choice, if necessary, we will adjust their current value to make sure that they are in the same position or better off than if they had stayed at Investo.
