Ritha began her career in financial services in 1982 as a personal assistant at a large financial institution. Intrigued by the industry, she joined Old Mutual as a financial adviser in 1985, and also spent a few years as a financial adviser at both Standard Bank and FNB. She is now embarking on the next stage of her journey with Momentum Consult Glen Marais as the franchise principal.
