What you need to know about our housing loan guarantee

Before your employees can apply for a housing loan guarantee, you must complete the agreement with the bank.

What is the size of the loan? Depending on whether your employees belong to the Pension or Provident Fund, they can get a loan of up to 60% of their withdrawal benefit.
Can members afford the loan? Employees must be able to pay the monthly instalments and banks will check if they can afford the loan.
How does repayment of the loan work? You will deduct the monthly repayments from your employees’ salary and pay them over to the bank.
