Sasria claim

Sasria is a state-owned company that provides cover against special risks such as civil commotion, public disorder, strikes, riots, and terrorism. So if your car, building, home contents, personal belongings, or watercraft is damaged due to the above, you can claim from Sasria, through us.

Reporting your claim

All claims need to be reported telephonically, as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days from the date of the incident. To make sure the claims process is as smooth as possible, please have the full details of the incident.

Claims must be reported within 30 days.

What happens next?

  • Sasria will be notified of the registration of a public riot/strike claim, via the insurer.
  • Our claims consultant will continue with the validations process of the claim.
  • Once we receive feedback from Sasria, you’ll be informed of the claim’s outcome.
