Astute‘s information services form a significant part of financial advisers’ advice process.

For more than 18 years Astute has provided intermediaries with access to financial information, from trusted financial institutions, to enable them to create and implement a meaningful financial plan for their clients.

Astute partnered with Momentum Corporate, a leading employee benefits provider, in line with a collective commitment to empower financial advisers to provide holistic financial planning to their clients by creating a single client view.

The new POPIA compliant technology provides financial advisers the opportunity to grow their practices in both the retail and group benefits income streams. For example, in cases where a member’s group scheme benefits are restricted by their employer’s scheme structure, the shortfall can be supplemented with individual retail solutions to ensure that the client’s needs are met.

“It is important to note, that just like retail clients, members of group schemes will have to mandate their scheme’s financial adviser or their personal financial adviser to access their information via the platform.”
