Legal and Complaints

We take our citizenship seriously. We adhere to all relevant laws and regulations, and actively participate in industry bodies.

  • Access to information - in terms of the constitution of the Republic of South Africa, everyone has the right of access to information held by the State or another person and required to protect any rights.
  • Code on conflict of interest - the main objective of this code is to ensure that financial service providers (FSP) place clients with product providers that provide the best products in terms of the client’s financial needs.
  • Complaints resolution policy - Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services (FAIS) and the South African Insurance Association (SAIA) Code of Conduct require our clients to have access to this information.
  • The South African Insurance Association (SAIA) - is the voice of the short-term insurance industry and is authorised to negotiate on their behalf.
