- Policy number.
- Name and surname.
Vehicle description, including:
- Date of incident.
- Location of theft/hijacking.
- SAPS case number.
- Registration number.
- Colour of the vehicle.
- Any identifying marks.
- VIN number if available.
- Please ensure that your email subject line states "vehicle damage".
Call Assistance Services on 0860 911 000 should your
vehicle need to be towed from the accident scene. Please do not allow
unauthorised towing companies to remove your vehicle. Our Assistance Services are available to you 24/7/365.
Kindly complete and submit the online claim form.

Your fully completed claim form should be accompanied by:
- A copy of your ID and driver’s licence.
- Sketch of the accident (if online claim form is utilised).
- Copy of the SAPS accident report (if available).
- Full third party details (if applicable).
