What do I need to do to claim?
Complete the online claim form which will automatically be sent
to us electronically once you click submit. Or you can print and
complete the claim form which must then be scanned and emailed to
[email protected]
You can also call any of our non-motor claims consultants on
0860
100 000 during working hours should you be unsure, or if you have an
urgent enquiry. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, from 08:15 to
16:30, excluding public holidays.
The fully completed claim form should be accompanied by any
supporting documents relating to the event, including, but not limited
to, proof of ownership and value (such as receipts, tax invoices, or valuations).
