Delivering great service to one person is easy, but providing great service to many people, consistently, is one of the toughest challenges facing business today.

Bearing testimony to Momentum's quest to deliver service excellence was its recent win of a PMR Golden Arrow award for healthcare administration. This follows a Silver Arrow award won by the brand last year.

The PMR awards - an initiative by PMR.africa - are a result of an annual, national survey that assesses healthcare consumers across South Africa. The awards are the culmination of a research process whereby companies and institutions are rated based on respondents' perceptions with a strong focus on evaluating and measuring customer service and customer satisfaction.
